There are many factors to consider when thinking about hydration, but executing a plan is a lot easier than going off the top of your head.
People tend to drink a range of different drinks throughout the days each week, but do they think about what they are putting into their bodies or are they just trying to quench a thirst with something they enjoy drinking?
Alcohol, fizzy drinks, Milkshakes and everything else is fine, in moderation, but eventually, the signs show that sometimes the things that feel or taste good aren’t the kind of things that we should be consuming.
So, it is true that Hydration is key, but when it comes to it, water is supreme.
Most don’t realise the benefit of water. it’s quite simple: you get refreshed, and the only extra weight you get is water weight.
